Whatever room you have, you have room!

It’s so important in this time of upheaval/ uncertainty and solitude to take a moment to centre your thoughts. Life is never linear and at times we can be blindsided by something completely unexpected and life makes a total U-turn’, so it's helpful to use yoga, meditation or pilates to focus, find the breath and calm the mind. And it isn’t always such a bad thing to be forced into your own head. If you can train yourself to hold space and calm your mind in the midst of chaos you really can achieve anything when the wheels start turning again.
