Spending a small fortune on hummus?!

Not all beige foods are equal!
I regularly make hummus. I much prefer making my own as I can use all organic ingredients and there are no hidden nasties. It’s so easy and a super nutritious powerhouse to keep in the fridge. Number one, it’s full of fibre. The western world consumes much less fibre than other nations, and fibre is thought to be protective against numerous ailments of the colon.
Homemade hummus is super quick and easy and provides the following:

✅fibre
✅ protein
✅ iron
✅ calcium
✅ folate
✅prebiotic
✅healthy fats
How do I make it?
* Can of chickpeas
* 5 tbsp olive oil
* 3 tbsp water
* 1 tbsp tahini
* 1 tsp ground cumin
* Juice of one lemon
* 1 clove of garlic
* Salt & pepper
BLITZ! Eat! Fair warning - you may never buy it again..... :)
